麻州大学是美国麻萨诸塞州的一所州立大学,建于一八六三年,共有三所分校:安城分校,波士顿分校,马斯特医学分校。安城分校是最大的一所,占地六千七百亩,共有学生约二万五千人,其中包括研究生五千余人。生化系设于“研究生研究中心”大楼内,该中心系一16层建筑物,生化系占9、10、11、12共四层,设备较完善,有研究生30余人。笔者曾在该系访问、工作,现将该系培养生化专业本科生及研究生的情况简介如下:
Massachusetts State University is a state university in Massachusetts, founded in 1863, a total of three campuses: Ann City, Boston, Master’s University. Ancheng branch is the largest one, covers an area of 6700 acres, a total of about 25000 students, including more than 5000 graduate students. Biochemistry Department is located in the “Graduate Research Center” building, the center of a 16-storey building, Department of Biochemistry accounted for 9,10,11,12 a total of four, more sophisticated equipment, more than 30 graduate students.
