以菌种市场上5个金针菇品种(“黄金一号”、“黄金V1”、“金8801”、“白金一号”、“白金687”)为试材,以当家品种金针菇“白金588”为对照,采用棉籽皮固体栽培、阳台大盆内出菇的方法,对比了各品种的长速、产量、口感、品质等方面特性。结果表明:品种“白金687”长速为5.19mm/d,比对照快1.20mm/d;生物转化率为110%,比对照高1个百分点,该品种无污染,而且品质好、口味佳,因此,综合考虑各品种的长速、品质、口感、生物转化率等试验指标,建议在邯郸地区推广品种“白金687”。
