经国务院批准,劳动和社会保障部、人事部、财政部、科技部、建设部联合下发了《关于转制科研机构和工程勘察设计单位转制前离退休人员待遇调整等问题的通知》(劳社部发[2002]5号),明确了转制科研机构和工程勘察设计单位参加养老保险离退休人员的待遇。根据国家科研机构转制工作不断深入,我省部分科研机构转制为企业以及事业单位转制为企业(以下简称“转制单位”)的实际情况,现对转制单位的养老保险有关问题提出如下处理意见,请一并贯彻执行。
