1.引言工业的迅速发展必然牵涉到要解决机器的较长耐久性问题。随容量与功能要求的不断提高,使大修和易损件的更换周期缩短或其再生可能性减少。在工业化国家里,再生工艺有很重要的意义。适当地组织再生工艺使有可能: (1)降低替换件的成本,再生费用因零件尺寸不同相当于一个新件成本的0.5~40%; (2)减少修理时间,由此可以减少由下停机造成的生产损失; (3)节省大量废零件; (4)可不依赖于进口; (5)改进零件的表面特性。目前已应用的多种再生方法有:
1. INTRODUCTION The rapid development of industry inevitably involves the solution to the longer durability of machines. As capacity and functional requirements continue to increase, overhauls and consumables are expected to have shorter replacement cycles or less chance of regeneration. In industrialized countries, the recycling process is of great importance. Properly organized regeneration processes make it possible to: (1) reduce the cost of replacement parts by 0.5 to 40% of the cost of a new unit due to different parts sizes; (2) reduce repair time, thereby reducing the need for downtime (3) save a lot of waste parts; (4) can not rely on imports; (5) to improve the surface properties of parts.
