“If the draft is passed, the first generation of chips that are currently under development will be completely out of use.” A UWB transceiver module developer said. To promote the sharing of UWB with other wireless communication technologies, ITU-R, which is currently developing a draft basic UWB signal transmission output, released the content in May this year. The limits set forth in the draft are more stringent than those previously approved by the FCC (see Figure A-1).
