从高职院校办学特点与教育教学模式就可以了解到,职业教育主要以高素质技能型人才的培养作为其办学的宗旨。为充分体现出这样一种教学目的与办学效果,部分高职院校在教育教学活动实施的过程中会将职业技能竞赛列于其中,并且在职业技能竞赛实行的过程中,充分发挥职业技能竞赛在创新型人培养的促进作用。职业技能竞赛始终坚持与专业建设结合在一起,促使训练项目与企业项目相互融合,采用“以赛促教”的人才培养模式。本文就职业技能竞赛对高职院校创新型人才培养模式促进进行分析。
