亚胺硫磷是一种有效的杀虫剂,化学结构为: 根据原合成工艺路线,其中间物有:邻苯二甲酰亚胺N-羟甲基苯二甲酰亚胺,氯甲基苯二甲酰亚胺以及O.O—二甲基二硫代磷酸酯,其中(Ⅲ)与(Ⅳ)是亚胺硫磷最后合成的主要中间体。本文研究的亚胺硫磷测定方法可在上述中间物存在下进行。 1.仪器与试剂 LP60型极谱仪,蓄电池(6伏特),电解池(10毫升容积)。甲醇,醋酸铵,氯化钾,盐酸,聚乙烯醇。以上试剂均为分析纯。亚胺硫磷标准溶液:称取0.1000~0.1500克亚胺硫磷精品于100毫升容量瓶中,以甲醇溶解并稀释至刻度。聚乙烯醇溶液(0.5%);称取0.5克聚

Instruments and reagents LP60-type polarography instrument, battery (6 volts), electrolytic cell (10 ml volume). Methanol, ammonium acetate, potassium chloride, hydrochloric acid, polyvinyl alcohol. The above reagents are of analytical grade. Methylthionine standard solution: Weigh 0.1000 ~ 0.1500 grams of methamidophos in 100 ml volumetric flask, dissolved in methanol and diluted to the mark. Polyvinyl alcohol solution (0.5%); weigh 0.5 grams of poly
