Atmospheric Density Probe Experimental Satellite PN1B was successfully launched in Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in September 2015. In order to provide the verification standard and high-precision orbit application requirements for satellite orbiting GPS data, satellite array can not provide laser reflection The mounting area required by the device is limited by the fact that for the first time, tiny laser reflectors with a clear aperture of 10 mm are arranged at different satellite edges. The tracking and laser ranging experiments of the satellite were carried out using the TROS1000 mobile human laser ranging system. The measurement results show that the laser echo data are sufficient and the average number of laser echo photons per second reaches 173, which indicates that the small laser reflector Applications will play an important role in precision orbit determination of satellite orbits.
