作者１０年来在计划生育手术中．对１００例孕１１～１４周要求终止妊娠者，采用了干脐带置宫颈管扩张宫口行钳刮术．较好地解决了该期妊娠钳刮术前扩张宫口的问题，避免了手术扩张宫口之痛苦，且无一例发生

作者１０年来在计划生育手术中．对１００例孕１１～１４周要求终止妊娠者，采用了干脐带置宫颈管扩张宫口行钳刮术．较好地解决了该期妊娠钳刮术前扩张宫口的问题，避免了手术扩张宫口之痛苦，且无一例发生大出血、流产不全、羊水栓塞及术后感染等。
The author has been in family planning surgery for 10 years. Of 100 cases of pregnancy 11 to 14 weeks require termination of pregnancy, the use of the umbilical cord uterine cervix uterine line clamp forceps curettage. The problem of dilating uterine cervix before the curettage of the pregnancy was solved well and the pain of the dilatation of the cervix was avoided. No case of major bleeding, incomplete abortion, amniotic fluid embolism and postoperative infection were found.
