現將省監察廳关于对省衛生廳处理人民羣众來信來訪工作及懲戒政策执行情况的檢查报告,轉發你們。从报告中看,該廳在处理人民群众來信來訪和懲戒工作中存在着嚴重的混乱和積压現象,衛生廳对这方面的問題应限期向人民委員会作出檢討和改進的报告。这些現象在省級各單位和縣(市)領導机关中,絕不是僅有的,而是程度不同的均存在着的問題。
We hereby forward the inspection report of the provincial supervision department on handling the letters and visits by the people’s public health department and the implementation of the disciplinary policies to the provincial health department and forwarding you. Judging from the report, there are serious chaos and backlog in the handling of letters and visits from the masses and disciplinary work by the Office. The Department of Health should report to the People’s Committee on a limited time basis for review and improvement in this regard. These phenomena are by no means the only ones in provincial units and counties (cities) leading organs, but are all existing problems of different degrees.
