现在社会已经进入到了知识经济时期,各企业和组织的竞争也转为人才的竞争,企业想要发展得更长久,走得更长远,必须想办法留住人才以及培养人才。目前国内经济模式是社会主义市场经济,而人事管理是计划经济时代的产物,早已不再适用当前形势,因此,实行人力资源管理势在必行。分析了传统人事管理和现代人力资源管理之间的差异,对前者向后者的转型提出解决办法,期望有一定的借鉴意义。
Now that the society has entered the knowledge-based economy, the competition among enterprises and organizations has also turned into a competition for talents. Enterprises want to develop more long-term and go further and must find ways to retain qualified personnel and train qualified personnel. At present, the domestic economic model is the socialist market economy. Personnel management is a product of the era of planned economy and is no longer suitable for the current situation. Therefore, the implementation of human resources management is imperative. Analyzes the difference between traditional personnel management and modern human resource management, and proposes some solutions to the former’s transformation to the latter, which is expected to have some reference significance.
