心房颤动(Af)为较常见的心律失常之一,其并发症及危险因素众多。而脉搏不规整或脉律不齐又为筛查有无Af的第一步。现就各种常用的临床筛查方法,在筛测Af所致脉律不齐中的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测比、阴性预测比等指标间差异进行文献汇总对照分析。
