我国正从初步小康向全面小康过渡,无论是发展还是改革,都处在一个新的历史起点。2005年的改革实践说明,只有站在新的历史起点上,我们才能客观地评价改革的历史进程;只有站在新的历史起点上,我们才能准确地把握“十一五”时期改革攻坚的总体目标和主要任务;只有站在新的历史起点上,我们才能进一步坚定改革的决心和信心,切实加大改革力度,使事关全局的重大改革取得实质性突破。
Our country is moving from an initial well-off society to an overall well-to-do society. Both the development and the reform are at a new historical starting point. The 2005 reform practice shows that only by standing on a new historical starting point can we objectively evaluate the historical course of reform. Only by standing on a new historical starting point can we accurately grasp the overall reform of the “11th Five-Year Plan” period Goals and major tasks. Only by standing on a new historical starting point can we further strengthen our determination and confidence in reform, increase the intensity of reform so that we can make substantive breakthroughs in the major reforms that are related to the overall situation.
