本文报告了一例由产毒性大肠杆菌引起的霍乱样腹泻病人,症状典型,经治疗,予后良好。经病原学及毒素测定,该菌株可同时产生 LT 和 ST,对今后遇有霍乱弧菌阴性的霍乱样腹泻病人应考虑此类菌株引起的可能性。
This article reports a case of cholera-like diarrhea caused by toxigenic E. coli with typical symptoms that have been treated and given well. The etiology and toxin determination, the strain can produce both LT and ST, cholera-like diarrhea in patients with cholera-negative patients should consider the possibility of such strains.
