通过对铝合金管材涡流探伤状态的标定试验 ,经肉眼检查与涡流探伤对比 ,并对缺陷进行剖伤分析 ,给出如何选择阈值控制缺陷当量以满足军品质量的要求。
Based on the calibration test of eddy current testing of aluminum alloy pipe, the comparison between eddy current inspection and macroscopic inspection is made and the defect analysis is made. And how to select the threshold control defect equivalent to meet the requirement of military product quality is given.
