室安卡因(Tocainide;W36095)是一种利多卡因的伯胺类似物,1973年开始对该药进行研究;目前,国内试用于临床。室安卡因主要优点是口服吸收良好,生物利用度高,半哀期长,副作用小,可以口服用于治疗室性心律失常。本文就中外对该药的研究情况作一扼要介绍。
Tocainide (W36095) is a primary amine analogue of lidocaine. The drug was studied in 1973; at present, it is clinically tested in China. The main advantage of intraventricular ancain is good oral absorption, high bioavailability, long half-mourning period, side effects, can be used orally for the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias. This article makes a brief introduction about the research situation of this medicine both at home and abroad.
