6月17日,经兵团党委常委会审议通过,兵团党委组织部出台《领导干部上讲台实施办法(试行)》。《办法》指出,兵团、师(市)党政主要负责人及班子成员、兵团机关部门主要负责人每年到兵团、师(市)干部教育培训机构或相关单位、部门授课1次以上。兵团、师(市)机关部门、直属企(事)业单位和团场领导应积极接受邀请,到兵团、师(市)干部教育培训机构授课。领导干部可采取灵活多样的形式,为兵团、师(市)干部教育培训机构各类培训班次,党委(党组)中心组、单位(部门)举办的各类专题培训班讲授政策理论、工作业务、修身励志等方面的内容,力求让科学的理论知识、坚定的理想
