目的观察醒脑静注射液联合纳洛酮治疗中枢性眩晕的临床疗效。方法 168例病例随机分为三组,第一对照组采用醒脑静注射液治疗,第二对照组采用纳洛酮注射液治疗,第三为治疗组,采用醒脑静和纳洛酮联合治疗。结果第一组总有效率为86.27%,第二组为87.75%,第三治疗组为95.58%。治疗组总有效率明显高于两对照组,起效时间则短于两对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液联合纳洛酮治疗中枢性眩晕疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of xingnaojing injection combined with naloxone in the treatment of central vertigo. Methods A total of 168 cases were randomly divided into three groups. The first control group was treated with Xingnaojing injection, the second control group was treated with naloxone injection, the third was treated group. The combination of Xingnaojing and naloxone . Results The total effective rate of the first group was 86.27%, the second group was 87.75%, the third group was 95.58%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the two control groups, the onset time was shorter than the two control groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with naloxone in the treatment of central vertigo has obvious curative effect and is worth popularizing in clinic.
