采用树脂材料密闭离心铝热法制备陶瓷钢管内衬层,从而获得具有防腐耐磨双重功能的复合管材。产品内衬层与钢管基体结合强度高,可在真空状态下长期运行,在高温下内衬不鼓泡、褶皱。
A resin pipe material is used to prepare the inner lining of the ceramic steel tube by the centrifugal aluminothermic method so as to obtain the composite pipe material with the dual functions of anti-corrosion and anti-wear. Product lining and steel pipe matrix with high strength, long-term operation in a vacuum state, under the high temperature bubbles, folds.
