In order to study the effect of simulated weightlessness on gastric motor function, we observed the changes of gastric electrogastrogram parameters in subjects with head-down -6 °. Fifteen young volunteers were lying flat on -6 ° bed for 21 days. The electrogastrograph was used to measure the electrogastrogram before and after meals, and the power spectrum was analyzed. The results showed that at the early stage of -6 ° head-down, the subjects experienced different degrees of abdominal distension, abdominal pain and poor appetite. The body weight decreased significantly after bed rest (P <0.01). After 8 days of bedridden, the percentage of gastric electrogastrogram (<2.4cpm) increased obviously, and the percentage of bradyarrhythmic regularity was significantly different between pre-meal and post-meal (P <0.05); bradyarrhythmia Kinetic coefficient decreased significantly, with prolonged bed rest, gastric electrical activity increased bradycardia, suggesting that simulated weightlessness 21d significantly affect gastric motor function.
