目的:研究纤溶酶和透明质酸酶玻璃体内注射诱导猪玻璃体后脱离对眼前部组织的影响,探讨其眼前部组织的安全性。方法:15只健康无眼疾贵州小型香猪,分为A,B,C组,每组5只,每只1眼为实验眼,另1眼为对照眼,实验组与对照组各15眼。实验眼玻璃体内注射酶,A组50U(0.1mL)透明质酸酶,B组0.5U(0.1mL)纤溶酶,C组0.5U(0.05mL)纤溶酶+50U(0.05mL)透明质酸酶,对照眼注射等量BSS液。注射前后分别行裂隙灯显微镜、间接眼底镜、Sch!tz眼压计临床检查。7d后摘除眼球,行组织学检查。眼前部组织角膜、虹膜做光镜观察,睫状体、晶状体上皮做透射电镜超微结构的研究。结果:7d后A,B,C组实验眼及各组对照眼无明显眼内炎症反应,术前术后眼压变化差异无统计学意义。实验眼光镜观察角膜、虹膜组织结构无明显异常,电镜观察晶状体、睫状体上皮,细胞形态规则,结构清晰,胞膜完整,周界清楚,连接紧密,对照眼光镜及电镜观察组织结构与实验眼无差异。结论:0.5U纤溶酶和50U透明质酸酶猪玻璃体内注射诱导玻璃体后脱离中安全,无眼前部组织的毒性病理变化。
Objective: To study the effect of intravitreal injection of plasmin and hyaluronidase on the anterior segment of pigs induced by posterior vitreous detachment, and to explore the safety of the anterior eye tissue. Methods: Fifteen healthy pigs without Guizhou were divided into groups A, B and C, with 5 rats in each group. One was the experimental eye, the other one was the control eye. The experimental group and the control group each had 15 eyes. The experimental eye intravitreal injection of enzyme, A group 50U (0.1mL) hyaluronidase, B group 0.5U (0.1mL) plasmin, C group 0.5U (0.05mL) plasmin + 50U (0.05mL) Acidase, control eye injection equivalent amount of BSS solution. Before and after injection, slit lamp microscope, indirect ophthalmoscope, Sch! Tz tonometer clinical examination. After 7d remove the eye, line histological examination. Anterior eye tissue cornea, iris do light microscopy, ciliary body, lens epithelium to do TEM microstructure studies. Results: After 7 days, there was no obvious intraocular inflammation in A, B and C experimental eyes and the control eyes of each group. There was no significant difference in IOP before and after operation. The structure of the cornea and iris was observed by the experimental ophthalmoscope. No obvious abnormalities were found in the cornea and iris structure. The morphology of the lens and ciliary body epithelium was observed by electron microscope. The cell morphology was clear, the cell membrane was intact, the periphery was clear and the connection was close. No difference in eyes. CONCLUSION: Intravitreal injection of 0.5U plasmin and 50U hyaluronidase induces the safety of posterior vitreous detachment without toxic pathological changes in the anterior eye tissue.
