在系统研究农产品目标价格文献的基础上,对农产品目标价格的概念、功能、理论研究成果和实践探索经验进行综述,指出农产品目标价格的研究方向:目标价格改革必须实行双轨制,保障国家粮食安全的目标价格补贴和依托市场机制的目标价格保险;目标价格改革必须构建目标价格精准测算模型,实现片区化随动目标价格精准测算;依托农业信息化技术支撑,连续采集农业生产经营面板数据,是实现目标价格精准测算的技术基础。
On the basis of systematically studying the target price of agricultural products, this paper summarizes the concept, function, theoretical research findings and practical exploration experience of the target price of agricultural products, and points out the research direction of the target price of agricultural products: the target price reform must implement a dual-track system to ensure the national food security Target price subsidies and relying on market-oriented target price insurance; target price reform must build a precise target price estimation model to achieve precise calculation of patchy follow-up target price; relying on agricultural information technology support, continuous acquisition of agricultural production panel data is to achieve Target price accurate calculation of the technical basis.
