我国著名宪法学家、中共党员、国务院特殊津贴获得者、中国法学会宪法学研究会原副会长、国际宪法学协会执委会原委员、中国宪法学研究会顾问、上海市政治学会顾问、上海社会科学院法学研究所原副所长、研究员浦增元同志,因病医治无效,于2012年12月22日20时54分,在上海华山医院与世长辞,享年84岁。浦增元同志1928年11月生,上海嘉定人。1951年毕业于东吴大学法学院。曾任华东政法学院讲师、国家法教研室主任、《法学》杂志编辑。1958年上海社会科学院成立后,任院办公室秘书、学术秘书室负责人。1979年上海社会科学院重建法学研究所时进所。1987年

Pu Zeng Yuan comrades born in November 1928, Shanghai Jiading people. 1951 graduated from Soochow University Law School. Served as a lecturer in East China University of Political Science and Law, director of the National Law Teaching, “Law” magazine editor. After the establishment of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences in 1958, he was the secretary of the academy office and the head of the academic secretary room. In 1979 Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences Institute of reconstruction law into the Institute. year 1987
