胃泌素是调节胃酸分泌和胃运动的一种重要激素,主要由胃窦部G细胞合成和释放。最近Rehfeld报导在中枢神经系统有胃泌素存在。我们用放射免疫测定了狗中枢神经系统各脑区胃泌素含量,以下丘脑含量最高,因此,胃泌素也是一种脑肠肽。但胃泌素在下丘脑的细胞定位以及作为神经调质是否参与胃运动功能的调节是不清楚的。本工作用免疫组化PAP技术显示下丘脑胃泌素细胞和直接给清醒大鼠下丘脑内注射五肽胃泌素对胃窦运动的作用。
Gastrin is an important hormone that regulates gastric acid secretion and gastric motility and is mainly synthesized and released by gastric G cells. Recently Rehfeld reported the presence of gastrin in the central nervous system. We used radioimmunoassay of the dog’s central nervous system brain gastrin content, the hypothalamus content is highest, therefore, gastrin is also a kind of brain gut peptide. However, the cellular localization of gastrin in the hypothalamus and the regulation of whether gastric neuromodulation is involved in gastric motor function are unclear. This work using immunohistochemical PAP technology shows hypothalamus gastrin cells and directly to the awake rat hypothalamus pentagastrin injection of gastric antrum motility.
