合成了新试剂4-(H-酸偶氮)1-苯基-3-甲基吡唑酮(HPMP),研究了其和铜的显色反应。在pH=7的NH4Ac缓冲介质中,CTMAB存在下,HPMP与Cu(Ⅱ)生成2∶1紫色络合物,λmax=580nm,ε=5.68×104L·mol-1·cm-1。铜含量在0~0.6mg/L内符合比耳定律。方法用于水样和生物样品中铜的测定,结果令人满意。
A new reagent 4- (H-acid azo) 1-phenyl-3-methylpyrazolone (HPMP) was synthesized and its color reaction with copper was studied. In NH4Ac buffer medium with pH = 7, HPMP and Cu (Ⅱ) generated purple complex with λmax = 580nm and ε = 5.68 × 104L · mol-1 · cm-1 in the presence of CTMAB. The copper content in 0 ~ 0.6mg / L in line with the Beer’s law. The method was applied to the determination of copper in water samples and biological samples with satisfactory results.
