目的对青岛国际机场的出入境航空器携带病原真菌污染分布进行分析及鉴定。方法在航空器不同部位采集样本,采用传统微生物学及分子生物学鉴定技术相结合的方法对航空器携带病原真菌进行鉴定分析。结果在出入境航空器中发现真菌258株,已鉴定出235株,共7个属种,分别属于青霉菌属(39.9%),曲霉菌属(35.7%),及其他检出率较低真菌(毛霉属、根霉属、枝孢菌、隐球菌属)。结论分析显示在机舱不同部位病原真菌检出率及类别有显著不同。
Objective To analyze and identify the contamination distribution of pathogenic fungi carried by exit-entry aircraft in Qingdao International Airport. Methods Samples were taken from different parts of the aircraft, and the pathogenic fungi carried by the aircraft were identified and analyzed by a combination of traditional microbiology and molecular biology techniques. As a result, 258 fungi were found out of the entry-exit aircraft, and 235 strains were identified, of which 7 belong to Penicillium (39.9%), Aspergillus (35.7%) and other fungi with lower detection rate Mucor, Rhizopus, Cladosporium, Cryptococcus). Conclusion The analysis shows that there are significant differences in the detection rates and categories of pathogenic fungi in different parts of the cabin.
