摘除眼内异物通常有前路及后路摘除术两种,由于手术之发展和需要,故由睫状体平坦部摘除眼内异物的方法逐渐被人重视。近年来我科除在睫状体平坦部取异物外,对在睫状突区内异物则采用直接在睫状突区作切口取出,本文统称为中路。从1977年元月～1983年12月底,共做眼内异物摘除术193例,前路25例,中路69例、后路99例。现重点对中路异物摘除术进行分析和讨论。
