目的 探讨住院精神分裂症患者康复期护理中团体心理咨询的应用效果.方法 将2019年5月～2020年5月某院中63例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为A组(31例)和B组(32例),实施常规护理并为B组联合团队心理咨询干预.对比两组病情发展程度.结果 干预后B组SCL-90各维度评分低于A组(P ＜ 0.05).结论 在精神分裂症患者康复期开展护理团队心理咨询可提高护理效果.“,”Objective To explore the application effect of group psychological counseling in the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia in hospital. Methods 63 patients with schizophrenia in a hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into Group A (31) and Group B (32), and routine care was implemented and psychological counseling intervention was provided to the joint team B. Compare the development of the disease between the two groups. Results Group B SCL-90 dimension score was lower than Group A (P＜0.05) after intervention. Conclusion It is possible to improve the nursing effect by carrying out psychological consultation of nursing team during the rehabilitation period of schizophrenic patients.
