近日,经过全党各级党组织和广大党员的反复酝酿、逐级遴选,2270名党的十八大代表已经全部选举产生。相比十七大,十八大代表名额增加了50名。之所以新增代表,除了因为5年来全国基层党组织和党员数有所增加,主要是考虑要适当增加来自生产和工作第一线的代表。基层代表的标准基层代表增加,是十八大代表选举中的一大亮点。大学生村官群体,是这一指导思想下产生的新面孔。
