国家发改委官员4月1日下午在北京表示,相关部门已就国内天然气价格上涨达成共识。同日,北京市政府批准,民用天然气价每立方米上调0.15元,达到2.05元/m3,北京此次上调气价,是国内天然气价格进入上升通道的阶段性标志。天然气涨价的双刃剑效应明显,对于上游生产商和供应商来说都是重大利好,而对于下游化肥、电力以及居民消费等则是重大利空。
