文章对医院监管模式所出现的问题进行总结,主要包括医院后勤改革缺乏连续性的政策影响较大以及人为因素两点。提出更为完善的医院护理后勤质量监管模式,并评价实施结果。监管模式主要分为建立合理、科学化的监督考核制度,增加对监管者的监督,降低人为因素影响,加强护理责任,提高职业素质技能,强化后勤监管质量评估及分析几个方面。在提出相关策略并加以实施后,浙江大学附属第一医院北仑分院护理后勤得到明显改善,护理工作量增加,外勤工作量增加,各部门对后勤支持系统的质量的新监管模式也表现出了较高的满意度。
The article summarizes the problems that appear in the hospital supervision mode, mainly including the policy impact of the lack of continuity of hospital logistics reform and human factors.
