税收信息化建设是税收管理的一场革命。税收信息化是集先进税收管理理念与现代网络技术融为一体的一项系统工程,是整个国家信息化建设的重要内容,其主要是利用信息技术改造税收工作,实现税收管理机制的现代化,使税收工作水平跃上新台阶。在实现这一目标的过程中,我们的思维方式、管理理念、工作机制、资源配置将实现重大改变。作为基层税务部门,加强对信息化建设工作,找出当前信息化建设的难点,解放思想,与时具进地解决一些实际问题,以适应税收信息化建设的需要,有着非常现实的意义。
Tax information construction is a revolution in tax administration. Tax informationization is a systematic project integrating advanced taxation management concept and modern network technology. It is an important part of the entire country’s informatization construction. It mainly uses information technology to reform taxation work and modernizes the taxation administration mechanism. Tax work to a new level. In achieving this goal, we will make major changes in our way of thinking, management philosophy, working mechanism and resource allocation. As the grassroots tax department, it is very realistic to strengthen the work on information construction, find out the difficulties of current information construction, emancipate the mind, and solve some practical problems in time to adapt to the needs of tax information construction.
