目的:观察玉泉丸联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法:将100例符合标准的2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,每组50例,两组患者无显著差异,具有可比性。两组都给予饮食和运动干预,在此基础上,对照组给予二甲双胍,治疗组给予玉泉丸联合二甲双胍进行治疗。治疗6周,观察治疗前后两组患者的2h OGTT、FPG、HbA1c,以及临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组患者的2h OGTT、FPG、HbA1c都显著降低,而治疗组的2hOGTT降低更显著;治疗组患者显效率显著高于对照组。结论:玉泉丸联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者的疗效优于单纯使用二甲双胍治疗。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yuquan Pills combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups (n = 50 in each group). There was no significant difference between the two groups, which is comparable. Both groups were given diet and exercise intervention, on this basis, the control group was given metformin, the treatment group given Yuquan pill combined with metformin for treatment. After 6 weeks of treatment, the 2h OGTT, FPG and HbA1c in both groups were observed before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy was observed. Results: The 2h OGTT, FPG and HbA1c in the treatment group and the control group were significantly decreased, while the 2hOGTT reduction in the treatment group was more significant. The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: Yuquan pill combined with metformin in type 2 diabetes mellitus is superior to metformin alone.
