1995年,巴中市人民法院依法宣布巴中市帝王杯酒厂破产。市法院组织的清产核资工作组进驻该厂,负责对内对外的联系,厂里的行政公章和党总支的印章都被工作组收存。党组织名存实亡,48名党员四处游离,无人管理。对此,市委及时出面理顺厂里的党组织关系,指出:帝王杯酒厂破产了,但党总支并没有撤销,党组织应该理直气壮地开展党内各项活动,纠正了工作组的错误做法,恢复了党总支的地位。党总支收回了印章,5名总支委员重新进行了分工,积极开展工作。
In 1995, the Bazhong City People’s Court announced the bankruptcy of the imperial cup distillery in Bazhong according to law.
