现阶段的我国高速公路人力资源管理大部分处于粗放管理阶段,这就导致了人力资源浪费、工作效率不高等问题的出现。而精细化人力资源管理不仅可以解决传统管理所带来的问题,而且还能促进高速公路管理的进一步发展。所以高速公路的人力资源精细化管理势在必行。本文针对高速公路的人力资源精细化管理进行了探究,并结合一些国内外研究文献,总结了一些相关的方法和途径。
At this stage, most of the human resources management of expressway in our country are in extensive management stage, which leads to the emergence of such problems as the waste of human resources and the inefficiency of work. The refinement of human resources management can not only solve the problems caused by traditional management, but also promote the further development of expressway management. Therefore, the fine management of human resources in the expressway is imperative. This paper explores the fine management of human resources in expressways and sums up some related methods and approaches with some domestic and foreign research literature.
