一、问题提出当前,我国用来评价中小学生生长发育参照的“骨龄标准”,是1990年国家体委采用哈尔滨、西安、福州等发达城市的中小学生为样本研制的“CHN标准”,实践证明,用来评价我国广大农村中小学生的生长发育水平误差较大。特别是在我国中小学生生长发育普遍提前、加速的趋势下,再用十年前的“标准”来评价当今中小学生的生长发育水平那就更缺乏准确性;因不同地域之间的群体或个体,由于受生活条件、环境因素等方面的影响,中小学生发育水平也存在着较大差异.如:城市与农村、南方与北方均存在差异,所以制定符合本地区的“中小学生骨发育成熟度评价标准”就具有必要性、可行性和准确性。
