在过去的几十年中,以连锁化、信息化和规模化为特征的零售业发展很快,以成为当今社会经济的支柱产业,创造了巨大的社会财富,尤其是连锁超市作为零售业的一种新型业态,带来了零售商业的第二次革命,极大的促进了商品流通的发展。而连锁企业物流管理成本过高、经营规模较小、配送中心建设和信息技术落后等因素依然制约了连锁企业的发展。因此,只有不断优化物流管理,提高服务水平,降低物流成本,才能在竞争中赢得优势,实现可持续发展。
In the past few decades, the retail industry characterized by chain-link, informatization and scale has developed rapidly to become a pillar industry in today’s society and economy and has created tremendous social wealth.
