1 概述 国外聚氨酯防水涂料的大量推广应用,始于六七十年代,而我国的起步则较晚。为正确应用防水涂料,确保其防水工程质量,日本在1974年就开始了JIS标准和IAAS规范的制订工作。我国则基本参照了日本JIS标准,并按照国内实际情况而制订了聚氨酯防水涂料国家标准(送审稿)。我们的工作就是要使我们研制出来的产品的各项性能指标达到并超过聚氨酯防水涂料国家标准(送审稿)的要求,接近国际同类产品的水平。并且,我们还要使这一研制出来的产品尽可能地降低毒性,降低焦油刺激味,在潮湿基面上有一定的粘结强度,耐紫外线老化有新的突破等优良性能,以期在更广的领域中推广应用。 2 反应原理
