依法行政对于武汉市社会管理创新,推进武汉市幸福城市建设具有重要的意义。武汉市社会管理创新的主要途径就是实现政府依法行政。现在武汉市地方政府的依法行政工作取得了一定的成效,但是也存在很多的问题,只有正视这些问题的存在,并对这些问题进行分析,提出相应的对策才能更好地提高武汉市地方政府的依法行政能力和水平。
