水泥电杆是我厂的主要产品,采用的是坍落度大、标号较高的混凝土,适宜使用减水剂。我们试用的是天津自强化工厂生产的UNF-2减水剂,掺量为0.6%,采用同掺干掺的掺加方法。试用证明:在坍落度基本相同的前提下,掺减水剂、水泥减量16%的混凝土,各龄期强度都比未掺的高;对用水量的增减反映在坍落度的变化上特别明显,有利于控制混凝土质量;经济效益高。我厂电杆生产每天需用混凝土约5.6米~3,按425号普硅水泥配制300号混凝土计,每天需用减水剂13.32公斤,节省水泥0.43吨。减水剂价格(包
