为培养高技能应用型财务管理人才,本文对财务管理课程实践教学设计进行了探讨。本文首先分析财务管理实践教学现状,识别出存在实践教学效果不佳、实践环节设计不合理等问题,然后提出了边实践边学理论、优化考核方式、创建实践案例库的财务管理实践教学的设计思路,来提升财务管理课程实践教学的效果。
In order to cultivate highly-skilled applied financial management talents, this article discusses the practical teaching design of financial management courses. This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of the practice of financial management teaching, identifies the problems of poor practical teaching practice and unreasonable design of practical aspects, and then puts forward the design of the practice teaching of financial management while practicing the theory of side-learning, optimizing the examination methods and establishing the practice case base Train of thought, to enhance the effectiveness of the practice teaching of financial management courses.
