目的对门诊处方进行质量检查和控制,定期对门诊处方进行审查,杜绝不合格处方的出现。方法随机抽取2009年9月至2009年12月门诊处方共39508张,采用回顾性方法对不合理处方进行分类统计和综合分析。结果 39508张处方中,不合理处方3373张,占所审查处方的8.54%。包括:①给药方法不当1421例(23.28%)。②超浓度静滴3218例(52.73%)。③配伍禁忌4例(0.07%)。④溶媒选择错误456例(7.47%)。⑤药物联用不当49例(0.80%)。⑥使用三线抗生素102例(1.67%)。⑦缺地址801例(13.12%)。⑧缺诊断52例(0,86%)。结论进行处方分析是了解临床用药情况和促进合理用药的重要手段。
Objective To carry out quality inspection and control of outpatient prescriptions, conduct regular reviews of outpatient prescriptions and eliminate the appearance of unqualified prescriptions. Methods A total of 39,508 outpatient prescriptions were collected from September 2009 to December 2009. The retrospective methods were used to classify and analyze unreasonable prescriptions. Results 39,508 prescriptions, 3373 unreasonable prescriptions, accounting for 8.54% of the prescriptions examined. Including: improper dosing method 1421 cases (23.28%). ② super-concentration 3218 cases (52.73%). ③ incompatibility compatibility in 4 cases (0.07%). ④ 456 cases of wrong choice of solvents (7.47%). ⑤ improper combination of drugs 49 cases (0.80%). ⑥ 102 cases of third-line antibiotics (1.67%). ⑦ lack of address 801 cases (13.12%). ⑧ lack of diagnosis of 52 cases (0,86%). Conclusion Prescription analysis is an important means to understand the situation of clinical medication and to promote rational drug use.
