心脏肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)是近年发展起来的反映心肌细胞缺血性损伤的血清标志物,且具有出现早和持续时间长的特点.为探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者发病过程中及经溶栓治疗后血清cTnT结果变化,我们对36例AMI患者进行cTnT跟踪检测并对cTnT变化的峰型加以分析,现报告如下.1.资料和方法研究对象 正常对照组20例,男15例,女5例,年龄26~53岁,平均41.2岁,经体检,肝肾功能、心肌酶谱(CK、CK—MB、AST、LDH、HBDH)及心电图检查均正常,无心血管病史.AMI动态组36例,AMI患者均符合世界卫生组织(WHO)诊断标准,在急诊后或住院发病2、4小时各采静脉血1次,以后每隔4小时采血1次,24小时后每隔24小时采血1次,直至第7天,
