面对高校学生党员队伍的不断发展,学生党员比例的增多,以及相应出现的在培养、发展、教育学生党员中出现的问题,结合基层党组织的发展管理原则,我们对一些比较突出的问题加以剖析,并提出在新形势下高校学生党建工作的侧重和创新点,开拓基层党组织工作思路。
