目的探讨颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者超声造影时斑块增强强度与组织学所确定的斑块内新生血管密度和巨噬细胞数量间的关系。方法 53例颈动脉内膜剥脱术患者分别行术前颈动脉斑块超声造影及术后斑块组织病理学分析。应用肉眼半定量和定量分析超声造影观察颈动脉斑块内造影剂增强强度,免疫组织化学分析斑块内新生血管和巨噬细胞的数量。结果 53例患者中,10例患者斑块显影为0级,25例为1级,18例为2级。斑块造影显影强度与斑块内新生血管个数、新生血管密度和斑块内巨噬细胞数量间具有良好的相关性(r分别为0.78、0.73、0.75,均P<0.01)。结论颈动脉斑块造影显影强度与颈动脉斑块内新生血管数量、密度及巨噬细胞数量密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between plaque enhancement intensity and histological plaque neovascularization density and number of macrophages during CEUS in patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque. Methods 53 cases of carotid endarterectomy patients underwent preoperative carotid plaque contrast echocardiography and postoperative plaque histopathology analysis. Semi-quantitative and quantitative semi-quantitative and quantitative analysis of contrast-enhanced ultrasound contrast in the carotid plaque contrast agent to enhance the intensity of immunohistochemical analysis of plaque neovascularization and macrophages. Results Of the 53 patients, plaque development was grade 0 in 10 patients, grade 1 in 25 and grade 2 in 18. There was a good correlation between the intensity of plaque imaging and the number of neovascular vessels, neovascular density and the number of macrophages in the plaque (r = 0.78,0.73,0.75, all P <0.01). Conclusion Carotid plaque development intensity is closely related to the number of neovascularization, density and number of macrophages in carotid plaque.
