北京第二十中学曾是一所出了名的大、破、乱学校。 1979年,马成营来到这里任校长。他带领全校干部、教师,坚持党的教育方针,从学校的实际出发,以德育为突破口,争一流,促发展,经过 20多年的不懈努力,终于把二十中建设成一所全面发展,办有特色,远近闻名的先进校。 马校长用简洁的语言概括了他的办学思想:“德育为首,全面发展,追求一流,办有特色”。这十六个字朴实无华,但的确是一部沉甸甸的学校发展史,浓缩着二十中不同时期的理性思考和实践探索,其内涵远远超过它字面上的意义。 校长办学思想的形成是一个较为漫长的实践积累与理性思考的过程,是一个千锤百炼的过程。建立一个比较系统的办学思想体系,需要终生的实践、创新、思考和学科的归纳。我们希望通过介绍校长教育思想,涌现出更多的名校和名校长,以带动教育整体水平的提高。

The formation of the principal’s idea of running a school is a relatively long process of practical accumulation and rational thinking. The establishment of a more systematic ideology for running schools requires life-long practice, innovation, thinking and the induction of disciplines. We hope that by introducing the principal’s educational ideas, more prestigious schools and prestigious principals will emerge to promote the overall level of education.
