纤维结合蛋白在流行性出血热病人中的变化

采用单向免疫扩散法测定104例流行性出血热患者血浆纤维结合蛋白。结果表明,患者血浆纤维结合蛋白水平自发热期开始降低,低血压休克期和少尿期降至最低点,多尿期高于正常水平,恢复早期达最高峰,发病60病日恢复正常。中、重型患者降低较显著;重型患者恢复正常水平所需时间较其它两型为长。

One-way immunodiffusion was used to determine plasma fibronectin in 104 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever. The results showed that the level of plasma fibronectin in patients began to decrease from the onset of fever, hypotension and oliguria during hypotensive period to the lowest point, polyuria was higher than normal levels, reached the peak early recovery, onset of 60 days returned to normal. In the medium and heavy patients, the reduction was more significant. The time needed for the heavy patients to return to normal levels was longer than that of the other two types.
