1病例报告患者男,51岁。运输机飞行员,飞行总时间4500h。因“发现颈部包块1年余,明显增大2个月”入院。患者2011年6月无明显诱因出现右侧颌下包块,大小约1cm×1.5cm,质软,边界清,可活动,无压痛,未予重视。2012年8月发现包块较前明显增大,且左颌下、双侧耳后、颈前均出现大小不等肿大淋巴结。就诊于某医院,颈部超声检查提示双侧颈部淋巴结增大,结构异
1 case report Patient male, 51 years old. Transport aircraft pilot, the total flight time 4500h. Because “I found the neck mass more than 1 year, obviously increased 2 months ” admission.
