采用多元统计分析方法 ,对新铁炮百合F2 代 17个株系和F3代 6个株系的 13个主要性状进行主成分分析 结果表明 :可以将所有信息归纳为 5个主成分 ,它们能解释总遗传变异的 70 %以上 .经过自交和选择 ,同一性状在不同世代主成分中的作用不同 ,不同世代 5个特征向量的组成有变化 ,花的大小、花头数等性状的贡献率逐渐增加
Using multivariate statistical analysis, principal component analysis of thirteen major traits in 17 F2 generation and F3 F3 generation of Lilium regia showed that all the information can be summarized into five principal components, which can explain 70% of the total genetic variation.After selfing and selection, the same trait in different generations of the main components of different roles, different generations of five eigenvectors composition changes, the flower size, the number of flower heads and other traits increased the contribution rate
