目的建立测定补肾强筋胶囊中淫羊藿苷、柚皮苷及松脂醇二葡萄糖苷含量的HPLC法。方法色谱柱为SHIADZU VP-ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 ml·min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长:277nm。结果淫羊藿苷、柚皮苷、松脂醇二葡萄糖苷分别在4.2~104.4、1.7~42.5、5.5~137.5μg·ml-1范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均回收率分别为98.65%(RSD为1.4%)、98.47%(RSD为1.8%)、97.96%(RSD为1.6%)。结论所建方法可用于补肾强筋胶囊3种成分的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of icariin, naringin and pinoresinol diglucoside in Bushenqiangjin capsule. Methods The chromatographic column was SHIADZU VP-ODS (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 277 nm. Results Icariin, naringin and pinoresinol diglucoside had good linear relationship with peak area in the ranges of 4.2 ~ 104.4,1.7 ~ 42.5,5.5 ~ 137.5μg · ml-1, respectively (r = 0.9999) They were 98.65% (RSD 1.4%), 98.47% (RSD 1.8%) and 97.96% (RSD 1.6%) respectively. Conclusion The method can be used to determine the contents of three components in Bushen Jiangjin capsule.
